New Policy on AI Art
Due to recent concerns raised by several of our vendors, we’re updating our policy: AI‑generated art is not permitted at Maximum Card Show events.
This decision isn’t about taking a stance against technology, it’s about maintaining a comfortable, fair environment for the artists and creators who attend our shows. Over the past few shows, multiple vendors shared that they felt uneasy displaying their work next to AI‑generated art, especially when it wasn’t always clear what was hand‑made and what was created using AI tools.
To keep things consistent and to respect the creators who put real time and skill into their work, we’re choosing to only allow original, human‑made artwork at our events.
Please note that bringing AI‑generated art to the show may result in removal from the event or a ban from future shows. This isn’t something we want to enforce, but it’s important that we protect the integrity of the creative community and maintain a positive environment for everyone involved.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we continue shaping Maximum into a space where artists, vendors, and attendees all feel supported and respected.
